Visual Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Project Overview
Across Inspired Closets, EasyClosets, and retail partner channels, customers rely heavily on visual storytelling to understand products, imagine possibilities, and feel confident in their purchase decisions.
I led the creative direction and production of photography, video, and 3D-rendered experiences that showcased products, environments, and customer lifestyles across digital, retail, and sales channels.
From developing creative concepts to managing external vendors and final asset delivery, I owned the process of translating product strategy into compelling visual experiences.
The Opportunity
Custom organization products are highly visual. Customers need to understand not only what a product looks like, but how it can transform their everyday lives. The challenge was creating a consistent visual system that could:
Showcase product features and possibilities
Connect with different customer audiences
Support ecommerce and retail experiences
Help customers visualize spaces before purchase
Provide scalable assets across marketing channels
My Role
I led the end-to-end creative direction and production process across photography, video, and 3D visualization projects. My responsibilities included:
Developing customer personas and visual direction
Creating creative briefs
Defining styling and environmental direction
Partnering with product teams on featured solutions
Creating photography and video shot lists
Developing render briefs for external partners
Coordinating photographers, stylists, and render vendors
Managing vendor quotes and approvals
Providing creative feedback through production cycles
Reviewing edits and final assets
Distributing assets across internal and external channels
Translating Strategy Into Visual Experiences
Each project began with understanding the audience, product goals, and business needs. I created creative direction that defined:
Customer lifestyle scenarios
Environmental details
Product features to highlight
Styling approach
Visual tone
Storytelling goals
This ensured every asset served a strategic purpose rather than simply showcasing a product.
Photography & Video Production
For consumer-facing photography, I directed lifestyle imagery designed around customer personas and product stories. I collaborated with photographers and stylists to create realistic, aspirational environments that helped customers imagine how products could fit into their own homes. The production process included:
Concept development
Styling briefs
Shot planning
Shoot-day coordination
Creative direction
Social video capture
Post-production feedback
Product Visualization & 3D Rendering
For retail partners and product launches, I managed the creation of rendered environments that helped visualize products before physical installation. Working with external render houses, I created detailed briefs covering:
Room environments
Product placement
Materials and finishes
Styling details
Required product features
Visual priorities
I managed multiple rounds of revisions and coordinated approvals with internal product teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Creating a Scalable Asset Ecosystem
The final assets supported multiple customer touchpoints:
Ecommerce experiences
Retail displays
Marketing campaigns
Social media
Email campaigns
Sales materials
Dealer resources
The goal was to create a flexible visual library that could adapt across channels while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
Outcome
By combining customer-focused storytelling, product visualization, and production leadership, I created a scalable visual system that helped customers and partners better understand products before purchase.
The work connected creative strategy, product knowledge, and execution to create consistent experiences across every customer touchpoint.
